We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst Grad who will:
- Be involved in analyzing, troubleshooting and debugging CSG products and performing basic fixes and support resolution activities.
- Assist with deployments and building activities using Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Play an active role in identifying system issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Perform basic code fixes and supports defect resolution activities.
- Collaborate with engineers and R&D teams in maintain system logs and documentation.
- Participate in rotational on call support with critical production incidents and fixes and performs basic system administration tasks using Linux/Unix shell scripting.
